OGM Precisión Técnica ensures that the client's requirements are determined with an aim towards guaranteeing total satisfaction, based on the strict adherence to 7P01 Commercial Management and 7P02 Production procedures and guidelines.

These management system standards guide the entire work process at OGM. After gathering and understanding our client´s requirements based on procedures established in 7P01 Commercial Management guidelines, the actual manufacturing process is carried out under strict adherence to 7P02 Production procedures and standards. Our rigorous methods offer our clients the type of quality that can only be achieved through working under the highest standards of excellence.

Our facilities are home to all the technology and professional competency required to develop any type of component; from the simplest to the most complex, regardless of size or quantity.

Some of our equipments are:

CNC Machining Centers: Advanced technology used to manufacture components with complex shapes that call for complete precision or for components that require high production volumes.

Lathes: Conventional machines equipped with digital readout for greater accuracy. Used to produce shafts, threads, bushings, etc; lathes are part of our support equipment used to manufacture fixtures and/or for secondary operations.

Milling Machine: Equipment used surfacing, manufacturing gears, keyways, plates, etc.This equipment is often used for general maintenance of machinery and as support for the CNC equipment.

Welding: We own MIG and TIG welding equipment for any type of aluminum, bronze and steel. This equipment is crucial for industrial maintenance and mechanical assembly.
